Why BonnieBoldn?

Psalm 138:3 When I called, You answered me. You made me bold and stout-hearted. 

One day in my 30’s, Psalm 138:3 hugged my soul.  God’s Word seemed to speak to me about my worth and value, inviting me to see myself through a new lens. I began to identify as bold instead of afraid, stout-hearted instead of weak. 

I’m BonnieBoldn whatever else I’m feeling, thinking, believing, or doing. It’s my baseline. That’s why I call my blog BonnieBoldnBloggin’.

It takes boldness to live with anxiety on a regular basis, but I’m more than the state of my nervous system. I’m more. I’m way more.

 In fact, some think I’m “too much”. 

But that’s a story for another post. 😉
